$30 for organization or family (one or two adults and children under 18 living in one household)

to Fulton County Hist. Soc., 37 E 375 N, Rochester IN 46975.

Make check payable to PTDA.

Dues are for one calendar year from January 1 through December 31 of current year. Membership brings two issues of the Potawatomi Trail of Death Assn. Newsletter per year.
